Do you agree with the Jehovah's Witness claim that they are the only true religion?

With this in mind, do you believe that if you are not a JW, that you will be destroyed at Armageddon? Or, do you believe regardless of religious affiliation, God judges people based on the person, not the religion they choose to ociate themselves with. Same goes for people that have no religious affiliation, but choose to worship God in their own personal way, in private.
