Please help, plymouth neon stalls? why?

when it gets hot out my car sounds like it has low gas or ran out. i floor the gas peddle and nothing happens. the car wont start again until it cools down. this always happens in summer time, never in winter. i did a tune up, changed both oxegen sensers and i just changed the coil pack on top the moter, im so frustrated, any sugestions?
