I'm super worried and need help right now!!!?

I started my period yesterday, and my period got really heavy around an hour ago. I used to have heavy periods with blood clots, multiple times a month, but they linked it to hypo thyroid and we took care of it and now I'm fine, nothing irregular. But my period is very heavy and I've had a few blood clots. I'm 15 and I just had for the first time 2 and a half weeks ago. I'm really worried about this mostly because of the blood clots and how heavy it is. It hasnt been like this since last year.. Please somebody give me information.
