I would like to know what this red raised bump is on my inner thigh?

I have a picture of it but dont know where to attach it, i just noticed it about a month or two ago and it hasnt gone away, its a little smaller than an eraser head on a pencil and its pink in color. Its hard feeling and not sensative unless i try to press it or squeeze it. Im just curious as to what it is and how i can get rid of it(i.e. Freeze it off or something). Thank you in advance.
