Problem installing RAM onto motherboard?

I'm building my first computer. I have a ASUS M4A79XTD EVO AM3 AMD 790X ATX AMD Motherboard and Patriot Gamer Series 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800). I'm placing the RAM into the correct slots, but even once they are in place and I push back the retaining clips the RAM is loose and wobbly. How do I keep them secure?
