Dogs and ghostly communication?

I had the sweetest dog a few months ago (she's dead now) and her name was Roxy. She died in July. Two months later, we found a dog on the street who looked nothing like her but was named Moxie (we gave her back). A month after that, we found another dog named Princess who looked EXACTLY loke Roxy. Is it just a coincedence that I keep finding dogs that have similar name or look like her? (Wierd question, I know).
