Need advice for dinner tinght?

i have a pack of what says to be boneless beef chuck steaks. ive cooked them before pan fryin and they turned out very tough! i need a new way of cookin them so that theyll be tender.. ne advice?. i thought maybe tryin to brine and bake them but dont know.... plz help. thank you
