Weight lost ideas w/o felling like you are starving yourself?

I'm a 21yr old mother of a 9mth old child and i weigh 180... can u say overweight... what are some good weightlost ideas that dont make you feel like you are starving yourself... cause im so use to weighing between 130 and 140... i really would like to tone out my muscles and lose my stomach
