Fastest way to get out of Navy DEP?

I got into Navy DEP about a week ago. I was just offered a job as an English teacher at a private school. I think I am going to take it instead of waiting 7 months for recruit training. They of course do not want me in this enlisted contract. What is the fastest way out? I know there are ways out of a DEP contract. I hear sometimes it can take up to a year to get out. Qualified opinions please.
