Plzzz help!!! Im abt to cry!!!!!?

Okay i did a huge mistake!!! I and two of my friends msg a guy saying that my best friend likes him just for fun. The guy is my best friends enemy. We continued texting him and then it became serious. Now my best friend found out and she is crying and is feeling bad that everyone will find out and tease her. I didnt want her to not trust me anymore so i lied and told her that i only gave the other two the guys number and didnt do anything. She still felling bad and crying because of me!! I really am not in the state to tell her the truth so plzzz tell me what to do!!! Plzzz dont tell me to tell her the truth as i wont be able to do it...just tell me to say to her sumthn that would make her trust me again...
