Who was the last king/queen of Britian to rule with an absolute monarchy.?

The Magna Carta granted people various rights that even the king could not ignore. That was signed in 1215 under King John. However, that doent actually largely just reitterated an older doent promising many of the same things that was signed by Henry I in 1100.
